If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Any product you return must be in the same condition in which you received it with original packaging.
Refund is initiated immediately once we receive your item back.
If you canceled a pickup order, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The Gone Marketplace ships items within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Orders take one (1) business day of handling time and may arrive between one (1) and five (5) business days after processing depending on your selected delivery method and carrier.
You will be provided with an order number and corresponding tracking ID.
